1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any content, programs, or services offered by Grit Built This (“we,” “us,” “our”), including via our website, funnels, and forms, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services
We provide coaching, education, and related digital content. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. No Professional Advice
Our content and coaching are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide medical, legal, tax, therapeutic, or financial advisory services. You are responsible for your own decisions and results.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations (All Sales Final)

- You agree to pay all fees for the programs or services you purchase.

- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, except where required by applicable law. This includes, without limitation, lack of implementation, change of mind, financial hardship, or failure to achieve a specific result.

- If you enroll on a payment plan, you are committing to pay the full agreed amount. You authorize us and/or our payment processor to charge your payment method on the scheduled dates until the balance is paid in full.

- If a payment fails, we may retry charges, temporarily suspend access, and use lawful collection procedures until amounts are paid.

5. Intellectual Property
All content we provide (videos, audios, worksheets, PDFs, frameworks, branding, etc.) is owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a personal, non‑transferable license for your own use. You may not copy, distribute, share, or sell our content without our written permission.

6. User Conduct
You agree not to:

- Use our services for unlawful purposes.

- Harass, abuse, or harm others in any community or coaching setting.

- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our systems.

We may remove you from programs or communities for violating these Terms, without refund, as permitted by law.

7. Testimonials & Results
Any testimonials or examples shown are not guarantees of results. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, and circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Illinois law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Saint Clair County, Illinois, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
